I'm Charles Ward, an Irish politician, Teachta Dála (TD) representing Donegal in Dáil Éireann. With a strong commitment to public service and deep rooted connections to our local communities, I work tirelessly to ensure your voice is heard at the national level. My priorities include achieving 100% Redress for those impacted by the humanitarian crisis in Donegal, the defective concrete crisis. I am dedicated to delivering justice, affordable housing, improved healthcare access, and supporting rural development, jobs, and businesses. Investing in education, equality, and infrastructure is also at the forefront of my agenda. I believe in practical, community led politics, transparency, and staying grounded in the grassroots issues that matter most to people's lives. This includes enhancing mental health services by putting the people first, talking climate action, and promoting sustainability. Whether in the Dáil or on the ground in our constituency, I am here to listen, act, fight for change, deliver results, and make a difference.

Mental and physical health services
A coordinated county health forum, community health hubs, front-line staffing and dedicated support for defective-concrete households.
Tourism and the local economy
The Wild Atlantic Way contributes around €3 billion a year. Accessibility, EV charging, transport and accommodation recovery.
Giving hope to our young people
Rural youth services, apprenticeships, education supports across 119 DEIS schools, youth networks and respite services.
Openness and transparency in government
Monthly registers of interest, transparent planning, public participation at council, and open procurement.
