This guide explains that scheme honestly so you are not navigating it blind. We do not have the resources to provide direct or in-person case help, but every guide here was written with homeowners who have been through it.
Time Limits Apply at Several Stages
Commencement notices, appeal windows and claim deadlines all run to fixed dates. Step 18 covers the ones that catch people out — 130 weeks for the works, 65 weeks for the final claim.
